The site isn’t loading, what should I do?

So you’ve followed the instructions leading you to the website and the site isn’t loading? Well, there a few things you can try. First, check your device is properly connected to the internet. If you are connected to WIFI, try disconnecting and reloading the site on 4/5G or loading a different webpage to make sure your internet connection is stable. If internet connection isn’t the issue, try clearing the browsing history on your device and open the promotional page in a new tab, preferably a new private tab or new browser. This will ensure there are no other conflicting browser settings interrupting the promotion.

What are you doing with my data?

We collect it so we can stay in touch with you after the promotion with any news or offers. You can opt-out at any time though.

How do I enter the promotion?

To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:

Purchase any case of Hahn to share (“Qualifying Purchase”) from any participating The Bottle-O, IGAL, Cellarbrations, Porters, or Thirsty Camel store ("Participating Venues"); and
Visit https://hahnpromo.com.au/throwback and follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page; and fully complete and submit the online entry form with their personal details (first name, last name, date of birth and email address, phone number and postcode); upload a copy of their purchase receipt and (optional) select the respective tick box(es) to consent to receipt of marketing from the Promoter.

Upon completing the entry form, entrants will find out which instant win prize they have won (as set out below) and will be entered into the prize draw.

Proof of Purchase: The entrant must retain proof of purchase. The proof of purchase required is an original receipt (a copy of which must be uploaded in the entry form).

How many times can I enter the promotion?

How do I find out if I’m a winner?

Instant winners will be notified online immediately after entry submission, subject to verification.
Draw winners will be notified in writing within seven (7) days of the draw.

I received an email saying I won. Now what?
Please use the link in the email to head to Throwback’s website. It should direct you to the page to either redeem your hoodie or t-shirt. If you won a voucher, please use the voucher number upon checkout where your discount will be applied to the total amount of your order excluding shipping. You must use the entire value of the voucher in one transaction. Vouchers cannot be used across multiple orders.

How do I use my Throwback voucher?

To redeem, please enter your unique voucher number included in your winning EDM at the checkout where your discount will automatically be applied to the order value excluding shipping. Please see the homepage here - https://throwbackstore.com.au/pages/hahn-x-throwback-iba-promotion.

You must use the entire value of the voucher in one transaction. Vouchers cannot be used for multiple orders.

Is the Throwback apparel shipping covered?

Not to worry, shipping costs for the Hahn x Throwback hoodies and t-shirts will be covered by the promoter. Once redeemed on Throwback’s website, you will receive a confirmation of your order. Once the order is fulfilled you will then receive a shipping confirmation. Please allow 2-4 weeks for shipping fulfilment.

Are there any special conditions to my prize?

Instant Win Prizes:

Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the gift card are not included. Any unused balance of the gift card will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the gift card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the gift card. Gift cards must be redeemed by 11:59pm AEST on 28/08/24.

Draw Prizes:

Hoodies and t-shirts must be redeemed online via the Throwback store and will be available in sizes Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large (and awarded on a ‘first in best dressed’ basis, while stocks last). Hoodies and t-shirts will be sent out via mail from Throwback. Prizes must be claimed by the date outlined below – winners will have until 11:59pm AEST on 29/09/24 to redeem their prize via the Throwback online store. After this date, the prize will be forfeited. Prizes will be shipped every two weeks from 28/5/24 from Throwback’s Sydney warehouse. Please allow 2-4 weeks to receive your prize.
